Who can use GoWell

GoWell is a benefit your employer provides. You can use it while your employer has an active GoWell agreement and lists you as eligible. You must be at least 18 and sign up with your work email.

Sending an enquiry through the contact form on gowell.ky does not enrol a company, create an account or start a subscription. Employer participation is set out in a separate agreement with GoWell.

Your account

• Keep your password private. Your account is for you only.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up.

Using your benefit

• Your plan decides which partner gyms and classes you can use.
• You can check in at one gym or attend one booked class per day.
• Only check in when you are at the gym. Some gyms confirm your location when you check in.
• You can cancel a class booking up to 2 hours before it starts. After that, it may count as a missed class.
• Follow each gym’s own rules, safety instructions and opening hours.

Fair use

Do not share your account, check in for someone else, check in without visiting, or try to get around the app’s limits or security. We may suspend accounts that break these rules and tell your employer.

Partner gyms and your health

Partner gyms are independent businesses and are responsible for their facilities, staff and classes. Exercise has risks. Check with a doctor if you are unsure whether an activity is right for you.

Availability

We work to keep GoWell available and accurate, but gym details, class schedules and opening hours can change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. GoWell is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of partner gyms.

Ending your access

Your access ends when you leave your employer, when your employer ends its GoWell agreement, or when you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will update the date at the top when we do. The laws of the Cayman Islands govern these terms. Questions? Email support@gowell.ky.
